Dan Esiekpe
CHAIRMAN
Highly versatile and intensely creative, Dan has amassed an enviable  wealth of experience in the world of branding, marketing and advertising. Previously Marketing Director with Unilever and Nigerian Breweries Plc.,  (The Heineken subsidiary in Nigeria). His career spans decades working  in various executive capacities with Heineken and Unilever, in diverse  markets and geographies. Dan is a Brands leader in West Africa, highly regarded as an experienced  brands specialist. Practical, logical and strategic in his approach to  brands, his foundation stems from a thorough understanding of  marketing and advertising from both the agency and client perspectives. His footprints are global and indelible with successful stints as: Sales and Marketing Director, Sierra Leone Breweries. Sales and Marketing Director, Ghana Breweries Limited. Sales Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc. Marketing Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc. Commercial Excellence Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc.
UZOMA UKAH
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Uzoma is a natural born storyteller and a creative visionary. His career began in the finance sector before he attained a master’s degree in advertising and marketing at Leeds University Business School, UK. A multi-genre creative writer, Uzoma is passionate about producing brand concepts that impact consumer behaviour.

He has worked in organizations such as TBWA Manchester, Canal & River Trust, DailyPosts UK, and Tequila Nigeria, where he was a key to the CIBN campaign “Go Bank” that drove financial inclusion across underbanked segments of the country. His inspiring work on the Life lager beer campaign “Turu Ugo Lota” set the pace for culture marketing in the alcohol category. On the CA-COVID Campaign, “Coro Must Go”, his creative direction was instrumental in driving  behavioural change that improved the health and safety of Nigerians during the pandemic.

As Managing Director, Uzoma continues to lead with creativity, vision, and a relentless drive to redefine how brands connect with people. His work has impacted brands such as Life Beer, Goldberg, Fayrouz, CaCovid, Dangote, Cadbury, Visa, Heineken, Lesaffre, HSDF, INLAKS, Reckitt Benckiser and Total Energy to mention a few.

Uzoma is also a guest contributor at Bizcommunity Magazine; a marketing publication for peer professionals based in South Africa. His white paper on "Managing Complexity in the Advertising Workplace" earned him a global award at the Peter Drucker Forum in Vienna, Austria.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Felix Amuwah is the Chief Operating Officer at Immersion Marketing Strategies Limited, Lagos.

Before his appointment, he led the Visual Team as the Group Art Director, in delivering outstanding world class Creatives for Top Brands in Nigerian Breweries Plc., (The Heineken subsidiary in Nigeria) and many other national and international brands.

With a LinkedIn Certification in Brand Strategy for Designers, Felix is Certified by Shaw Academy, UK, in the areas of Graphics Design, Social Media Marketing/Online Reputation Management and Photography.

Felix is an experienced, result-driven, highly talented, astute Leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

He is certified by the Sam Chand Leadership Institute, USA and holds 'The Credentials of Business Management' from the London School of Business Administration, UK.
PETER OKON
DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR
Peter Bassey is a Digital Marketing Director at IMS with 6+ years of cross-channel strategy success, experienced in driving digital campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, and Social Media.

Passionate about building brands and making data-driven decisions, he excels in supporting successful cross-channel marketing programs and possesses a deep understanding of trending marketing technology landscapes.

Peter has mentored on the Female Entrepreneurship Support Program, provided trainings to over 3,000 SMEs across Nigeria on the Grow with Google Initiative, and worked as a small business trainer on Facebook's Meta Boost Economic Impact Program. With expertise spanning product marketing, growth hacking, and technical consultation, he is committed to equipping personal and business brands for success.

Driven by the United Nations' eighth sustainable development goal, Peter strongly believes in the transformative power of digital literacy and skills education in Africa for personal and business growth. He has worked across Electronics Retail, Healthcare, Investment, and Technology Sectors.
ADELEKE AKANBI
EXPERIENTIAL DIRECTOR
Adeleke Akanbi is an astute marketing professional with a thorough and precise approach to Brand Building and Experiential Marketing with over 12 years experience managing events and activations for FCMG brands across Nigeria. He has an MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University.

Adeleke has been on both sides of the marketing communication industry, as a client with Big Bottling Company as National Market Activation Coordinator, a position where he managed the tremendous growth of Big Cola in the soft drinks market. He also worked as an agency man in top experiential companies in the country.

Adeleke currently heads the Experiential team at IMS. He is responsible for the agency’s activation's and events, handling very successful experiential projects for brands like CA-COVID, Goldberg, Japan Tobacco International, Life Beer, Legend Extra Stout, Dangote Flour, Fayrouz, UAC Restaurants, Nigerian Breweries and several others.
benson okenyi
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Benson Imuede Okenyi is a graduate of Accounting from  the University of Lagos with over twenty-five years working experience in Accounts/ Financial Management functions.

He is a pioneer staff in the Finance/ Admin Department of  Sunvit Agro industrial company (a division of Nigerian  Bottling Co.)

He later joined the services of Nigerian Breweries Plc  working in their Finance Department before moving to IMS  as an Accountant and now a Finance Director.
KINGSLEY EMEGWAI
STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Kingsley is a seasoned TTL marketing communication expert with over a decade of experience in delivering marketing solutions to product brands across key segments. With a firm grip on the fundamentals of brand strategy, project management, and business relationship nurturing, Kingsley is an evolving business leader with a proven track record in transformation and delivery of key business objectives.

He has been part of the success story of global brands such as Pepsi, Dano milk, Peak 456, Jim Beam, Martini, Yama lube, Yamaha bikes, Yamaha boat engine, Heineken, Complan, Nestle , Oak pension, Anchor insurance, 2sure, and MTN,  just to mention a few. Some of the groundbreaking campaigns that he has been part of from an end-to-end approach also include, Launch of Pepsi Black, SBC 2Sure launch, Danoflavour of colours pan Nigeria launch, Peak 456 launch, Corporate logo development for Anchor insurance, and Nasco cornflakes re-branding, product pack campaign.

Kingsley has held strategic senior management positions in top-notch marketing firms; Hazon holdings, SellMedia, TCC, Tequila Nigeria, Detail&Avedia, Exp Nigeria, resQ promotions, Leo Direct. Kingsley thinks on his feet and without the box, giving him a left brained approach to solving business problems. Beyond a typical day filled with several cups of coffee, team meetings, and long hours of planning strategy, he can be found enjoying Jazz music and travelling.
