The Nigerian Lottery Regulatory Commission has been revamped; a new management had been put in place. New laws had been passed and a crack team had been put in place to enforce them.
It was no longer going be business as usual, Lottery in Nigeria was going to be run the right way… aligned with global standards.
NLRC needed a new look and feel to tell the world that things had changed. Also the organization needed a campaign to communicate its values. IMS was contacted to bring to life this vision with a corporate identity of global standard and a sensitization campaign.
