  • Dan Esiekpe Managing Director

    Highly versatile and intensely creative, Dan has amassed an enviable wealth of experience in the world of branding, marketing and advertising. Previously Marketing Director with Unilever and Nigerian Breweries (The Heineken subsidiary in Nigeria). His career spans decades working in various executive capacities with Heineken and Unilever, in diverse markets and geographies.

    Dan is a Brands leader in West Africa, highly regarded as an experienced brands specialist. Practical, logical and strategic in his approach to brands, his foundation stems from a thorough understanding of marketing and advertising from both the agency and client perspective. His footprints are global and indelible with successful stints at Lintas Lagos, Ghana Breweries, Hindustan levers, India; Sierra Leone Breweries, Heineken International Amsterdam and Nigerian Breweries.

    A graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, with additional qualifications from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dan is also a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing, and an author of two novels, “The Union Manifesto” and “Return to Freetown”.

  • Ladi Fafunsho Creative Director/Chief Operating Officer

    Ladi is most at home at the point where creative ideas and strategic brand solutions intersect. Eclectic, multi-skilled and passionate, Ladi’s world is one of words, colors, style, images and rich expressions.

    Previously Head of Copy, MooreAdvice, he has also worked his creative magic at Lowe Lintas, where he wrote some famous ads like the Star Can and Maltina ads.

    An honors graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, he is a voracious reader and voice-over artist. Ladi’s portfolio includes brands like, Vmobile, Peak Milk, Close up Toothpaste and he is also credited with creating reality show concepts like Maltina Dance All.

  • Emmanuel Ugbebor Group Art Director

    Emmanuel Williams-Ugbebor believes in simplicity. A visualizer par excellence, he has garnered an enviable portfolio of captivating graphic designs, which speak volumes on the brands for which they were created. A graduate of Economic from the Lagos State University, veered into advertising in pursuit of his passion for creativity.  A results driven, self-motivated and resourceful visual director. Emmanuel has a deep understanding of graphic arts and how to apply it in creating impactful brand communication. With vast experience in prints and advertising for clients in telecoms, banks, oil and gas, finance, manufacturing and hospitality industries, Emmanuel’s portfolio comprises of many leading local and international brands including Starcomms, Multi-links Telkom, Oceanic bank, Keystone bank, Life Beer, Dangote Cement, Dangote Flour, Fayrouz, Goldberg Beer, Legend Extra Stout, Brass LNG, Samsung Climax Energy Drink, UAC Foods Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Ace Root, Ace Passion, Ace Rythm among others.

  • Susan Aniche Strategy Director

    An MBA, Marketing graduate of the University of Lagos, Susan Aniche is a thorough-bred marketing communications professional with a remarkable interest in strategy and research.

     Susan has and continues to work  across diverse business sectors such as  Financial Services(Banks, Insurance, Asset Management, Pension etc.) , Healthcare, Education, FMCG, Fintech etc.

     She has worked for local and multinational organisations such as PZ Cussons, Haier Thermocool, Leventis , Kasapreko (Ghana) Lagos State Ministry(MPPUD) , Guinness, Lafarge Plc, First Bank, Guinness, Diageo , World Bank(IFC), USAID/AIDSFree,  to mention a few.

     She is an associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and  National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). A strong advocate for continuous learning , she has  facilitated workshops for organisations the likes of Orange Academy(Nigeria’s Premier Brand Management School), Kreative Klub (CHINI Productions, Nigeria’s Cannes Representative) etc.

  • Yomi Olubajo Copy Director

    Yomi is an authority on the power of, and the effective use of words. A veteran of copywriting, he won his first award when he was still a greenhorn. This was at the maiden edition of the Lagos Advertising Ideas Festival, LAIF, in 2006. It was a gold. The following years saw more awards, latest of which are a silver in the LAIF 2018 edition, and a gold in the 2019 edition.

    With an HND in Mass Communication, his career started in little known FBI Advertising. He moved on to The Shops, from where he transited to the then legendary Rosable Advertising. He also held a position at DBB, before joining IMS. his words have energized many brands over the course of his seventeen year career. Brands like MTN, Glo, Samsung, Coca-cola, Total, Legend Extra Stout, Goldberg, Gala, 1st Bank, UBA, Diamond Bank, Vitafoam, Seamans Schnapps, and Toyota. Yomi is also a published author of a work of fiction titled, Three Days. His word verve are as inexorable as the rising sun, and as fresh as the warmth of a new day. His creativity lends life to brands, effectively endearing them to both the consumer’s heart, and wallet.

  • Benson Okenyi Finance Director

    Benson Imuede Okenyi is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos with over fifteen years working experience in Accounts/ Financial Management functions.

    He is a pioneer staff in the Finance/ Admin Department of SunvitAgro industrial company (a division of Nigerian Bottling Co.)

    He later joined the services of Nigerian Breweries Plc working in their Finance Department before moving to IMS as an Accountant and now a Finance Director.

  • Uzoma Ukah Copy Director

    Uzoma is a natural born storyteller. His career began in the finance sector before he attained a Master’s degree in Advertising and Marketing at Leeds University Business School, UK. A multi-genre writer, Uzoma is passionate about telling creative brand stories that impact consumer behaviour.

    He has worked in organisations such as TBWA Manchester, Canal & River Trust, DailyPosts UK, and Tequila Nigeria, where he was a key copywriter in the CIBN campaign to drive financial inclusion across underbanked segments of the country. At IMS, Uzoma’s advertising experience is significant in propelling business growth through persuasive communication and buyer conversion.

  • Obasi Samuel Strategy Director

    Obasi Samuel is a seasoned marketing communications and brand design expert with seven years professional experience in executing consumer research, IMC campaign and channels development strategies, for brands across a broad spectra of sectors: FMCGs, Telcos, Fintech, Oil and gas, and financial services.

    A graduate of Microbiology, Abia State University, Uturu Okigwe and University of Potsdam, Germany where he ran an advanced course in Transmedia storytelling and digital marketing. ‘Sammy’ as he is fondly called started his career in the creative communications industry in 2012 and through the years has worked with Advertising agencies across markets: Nigeria, Kenya and the United Kingdom.

    Ono Esiekpe is an award-winning strategist, adept at conceiving & executing creative solutions built on strategic foundations creating sustainable brand value. He has successfully managed divergent marketing challenges across categories in the UK, SA and Nigeria. He also has an enviable wealth of experience having garnered 10 years’ experience across key communications disciplines; Branding, Advertising, Corporate communications and Experiential marketing on both the client & agency side.

    He had his Education in King’s College London(MSc). University of London (BSc). CIM and has worked for Interbrand (SA). Brunswick (UK). An Associate member of APCON, MBA Marketing (in View), Mass Communication Graduate with over 10 years experience on different brands and clientele. Adeleke worked with AJE GROUP- A multinational company (Makers of Big Cola) as Trade Marketing Manager, also worked with Bluseal Communications Ltd as Activation Manager, Integrated Troops Ltd as Activation Executive and presently at IMS as Experiential Director handling key projects for the agency.   • Arthur Chima Experiential Marketing Director

    Arthur Chima is a graduate of Psychology from the University of Ibadan. He is an experienced market communications person and has worked with several agencies at senior managerial capacity. Arthur was the head of Experiential with Brandfoot print, he has also worked with several other agencies like Brand Revelations gsl as head experiential & client service, Cross marketing support ltd- senior manager contact and events as well as group head special activation team, Lamppost and Tequila Events. He has managed accounts for several multinational industries from Telco to FMCG’s. These include companies like BATN, Unilever, Diageo, Guinness Nig Plc, Zain, MTN, Nestle and several others.
